We're looking for a detail-oriented Downstream Lab Process Sciences Associate to support our laboratory operations and process sciences team at our Rensselaer facility. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge laboratory equipment and methodologies while contributing to quality testing initiatives. You'll play a key role in ensuring our downstream processes meet rigorous scientific standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Perform downstream laboratory processing and analytical testing procedures with precision and attention to detail
• Support process development and optimization activities through hands-on experimentation and data collection
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to established protocols and safety guidelines
• Prepare samples, reagents, and materials needed for laboratory analysis
• Document test results, observations, and procedures in laboratory information systems

Who We're Looking For
