We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client seeking a Professional Trainer to join their Learning, Knowledge, and Innovation team. This remote role offers the opportunity to deliver transformative learning experiences that empower teams serving healthcare members and providers across the United States.

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with this organization to find a passionate training professional who can deliver engaging virtual instruction and develop impactful learning materials for call center teams and operational departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive virtual training sessions to new and existing call center agents
• Facilitate general training programs for departments including Claims and Provider Enrollment
• Design visually engaging training materials and presentations that align with modern adult learning principles
• Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate various learning styles and needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and account leaders to ensure training effectiveness
• Provide post-training support and resources to learners and leadership teams
• Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics
• Meet strict deadlines for new business training initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of experience as a corporate or executive trainer/facilitator
• Demonstrated passion for training with specific interest in virtual classroom facilitation
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven experience applying adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques
• Demonstrable curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design capabilities
• Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative team environments
• Proactive self-starter motivated by empowering teams and driving collective success

Note: Selected interview candidates will be asked to provide a work product presentation of no more than 10 minutes during the interview phase.

Work Arrangement: Remote position with up to 25% travel required. Candidates may be based in any city within Texas.
