Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential management consulting practice in their search for an Organizational Development & Process Consultant. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will support client projects focused on organizational development, process optimization, and transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing processes, structures, and organizational relationships at client sites
• Supporting organizational assessments through interviews, document analysis, and structured evaluations
• Preparing and facilitating workshops and client meetings
• Documenting results comprehensively, ensuring agreements, actions, and decisions are transparently recorded
• Developing proposals for organizational and process improvements in collaboration with colleagues and clients
• Supporting the planning and implementation of organizational changes
• Preparing presentations, concepts, and decision-making materials
• Using AI-supported tools for research, analysis, and information structuring, with professional evaluation and adaptation of outputs

As you gain experience, you will progressively assume greater responsibility in projects, workshops, and client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification
• Initial or several years of professional experience in organizational development, process management, project management, transformation, or consulting
• Interest in organizational, business, and interpersonal topics
• Ability to quickly grasp, structure, and present information clearly
• Careful, independent, and reliable work approach
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for client collaboration
• Willingness to travel for project-based work
• German language proficiency required for this role

The role is based in Speyer with project-based travel throughout Germany. Daily work includes on-site client workshops, preparation and follow-up activities, organizational analysis, analytical work, concept development, and regular collaboration with clients and project teams.
