Position Summary

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of Domino's to our customers, ensuring every order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. You'll work directly with our store team to coordinate pickups, navigate routes, and represent our brand with professionalism on every delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Transport completed food orders from the store to customer locations across the Mattapan area
• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and maintain it in clean, presentable condition
• Communicate clearly with customers, collect payments, and process transactions accurately
• Verify orders are correct and complete before leaving the store
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy and professionalism
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and delivery procedures
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and cash handling as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal transportation (or company vehicle arrangement eligibility)
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
• Basic GPS/navigation skills or willingness to use navigation tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
