Client Solutions Director (Advertising & Creative Operations)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing operations organization seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead advertising and creative workflow initiatives across EMEA. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend, based primarily remote in Germany with regular business travel.

Our talent team is looking for a seasoned professional who can bridge technical implementation, commercial design, and client onboarding. You'll work at the intersection of creative operations and technology solutions, translating complex business needs into scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and analysis for new client accounts, working with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into actionable workflows
• Design technical and operational solutions that align with strategic objectives, collaborating across business and technology teams
• Develop commercial models that support workflow delivery, ensuring accurate scope and cost estimation
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve outcomes
• Manage new client pitches from initial conversations through handoff to implementation teams
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment throughout the onboarding process
• Analyze data to support decision-making and create measurement frameworks for new client engagements
• Produce reports and presentations that convey findings and recommendations for new solutions

What We're Looking For

• 10-15 years of experience in solution design, process optimization, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles
• Background in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations
• Fluency in German or Spanish (required)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business challenges into operational and technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence to lead pitch conversations and client onboarding
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely across multiple markets and teams
• Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA
