Client Solutions Director (Advertising & Creative Operations)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential agency operations client seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead advertising and creative operations across EMEA. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to extend, offering the opportunity to bridge technical teams, commercial strategy, and client delivery in a primarily remote environment with regular business travel across the region.

Our talent team is seeking an experienced operations leader who can translate complex client needs into executable workflows, lead high-stakes pitches, and design commercial models that align technical capability with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements for new client accounts, translating needs into clear workflows for delivery and technical teams
• Lead requirement scoping conversations, asking strategic questions to ensure accurate project scope and cost estimation
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved client outcomes
• Collaborate across technical and business functions to design solutions aligned with overall strategy
• Develop commercial models that support proposed workflows and deliver measurable value
• Lead new client pitches and ensure smooth handover to implementation teams for account setup
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment
• Analyse data to support decision-making and create measurement processes for new client engagements
• Prepare reports and presentations conveying findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions

What We're Looking For

• 10-15 years' experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles
• Background in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations
• Fluency in German or Spanish required
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business challenges into operational and technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to lead pitch conversations and client onboarding
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely across multiple markets and teams
• Ability to manage regular business travel across EMEA
