Product Lead – AI Investing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding its suite of AI-powered investment products across Southeast Asia. Our talent team is searching for a Product Lead to own critical product areas within their platform. This is a remote role based in Hong Kong.

This position is for builders who understand users deeply, define clear product direction, collaborate across engineering and design teams, launch quickly, and iterate relentlessly post-release.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product areas across financial services offerings including investment products, payments, savings, and related verticals
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Transform complex financial products into intuitive, user-friendly customer journeys
• Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production insights to inform product decisions
• Ship features, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement cycles
• Navigate trade-offs between velocity, user experience, business impact, regulatory compliance, and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or in growth/product operations roles
• Strong product intuition with ability to simplify complex workflows
• Track record of shipping real products in collaboration with engineering and design teams
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experimentation frameworks, and post-launch analytics
• Excellent written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
• High ownership mentality with ability to drive initiatives with minimal guidance
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth product environments strongly preferred
• Must be currently based in Hong Kong
• Strong English communication skills required for global team collaboration
