About the Role

As a Delivery Driver at Domino's in Pepperell, you'll be essential to our operation, connecting our kitchen's fresh pizzas with hungry customers in your community. This is a full-time position that combines driving, customer interaction, and operational responsibility. You'll work flexible hours serving the Pepperell area and surrounding neighborhoods, ensuring every order arrives hot, fresh, and on time.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Load delivery bags with orders and transport them safely to customer addresses
• Navigate efficiently throughout Pepperell and nearby areas using GPS and local knowledge
• Verify order accuracy and customer addresses before departing the store
• Collect payments in cash, card, or other accepted methods
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop
• Maintain your vehicle in clean, well-organized condition
• Follow all food safety and company delivery protocols
• Return promptly to the store for additional deliveries during your shift

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and access to a vehicle
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and deliver items
• Strong time management and reliability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work full-time, flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of the Pepperell area or willingness to learn local routes
