Senior Talent Partner – Generalist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fashion-technology organization seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join their team in Berlin for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an onsite position supporting recruitment across corporate and technology functions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Our client operates across Europe with a diverse, multi-national workforce. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires across a broad portfolio of roles, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on execution to their talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across corporate, commercial, and technology functions
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand requirements and shape recruitment strategies
• Build proactive talent pipelines across Germany and wider European markets
• Source exceptional candidates through creative and inclusive approaches, targeting both active and passive talent
• Manage multiple concurrent searches while balancing immediate needs with longer-term talent planning
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to advise stakeholders and improve hiring decisions
• Deliver seamless, engaging candidate experiences from initial contact through offer stage
• Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and increase efficiency
• Support workforce planning initiatives as the organization continues to scale

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across corporate, commercial, and technology roles
• Proven track record as a Senior Talent Partner within complex, high-growth, or international organizations
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
• Excellent sourcing capabilities across active and passive candidate markets
• Demonstrated success building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines at multiple seniority levels
• Data-driven approach with focus on quality of hire and candidate experience metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in fast-moving environments
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with genuine passion for identifying exceptional talent
• Fluency in English required; German language skills are beneficial
