About the Role

As a Key Account Manager at Digital Virgo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our most important clients, building deep, strategic relationships that drive mutual growth. This on-site position in New Cairo 3 places you at the heart of our sales and business development operations, where you'll combine consultative selling with account stewardship to unlock new opportunities within existing relationships. You'll own the full account lifecycle—from understanding client objectives and identifying expansion opportunities to ensuring contract renewals and managing client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored account plans that align client goals with Digital Virgo's solutions
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate value and plan future initiatives
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewal cycles to maximise retention and revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams—sales, delivery, support—to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Track account metrics and forecast pipeline activity to meet or exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and operational contacts at key accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts or complex B2B sales cycles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyse client needs and present compelling business solutions
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Experience in a sales management or business development role is essential
  • Based in or willing to work on-site in New Cairo 3, Egypt
