As an Admin (Production Control Clerk), you'll serve as a key liaison between production planning and execution, maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all processes flow efficiently. What You'll Do

• Monitor and update production schedules, ensuring timely communication of priorities and changes to relevant teams
• Track materials, work orders, and inventory status to maintain production continuity
• Prepare and maintain production control documents, logs, and reports with precision and attention to detail
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and address operational issues
• Input and maintain data in production management systems and databases accurately
• Support compliance with standard operating procedures and quality requirements
• Respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or professional experience in production or administrative roles preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with production planning or ERP systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
