Marketing Expert – Creator Programs

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Marketing Expert specializing in creator and influencer programs. This contract role is fully remote and focuses on designing realistic task environments and evaluation frameworks for AI model training.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs based on real-world creator programs, focusing on common issues and decisions that strong practitioners should navigate
• Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution scenarios
• Write or review reference answers and criteria that distinguish strong responses from plausible-but-incorrect ones
• Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards
• Evaluate AI-generated marketing content to improve model outputs and decision-making processes
• Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in simulated environments

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Hands-on practitioner experience running creator or influencer programs
• Comfortable with creator platforms and disclosure rules
• Clear written reasoning skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
