About This Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented and professional Gatehouse Administrator to join our Worksop facility. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for managing our gatehouse operations, serving as the first point of contact for vehicle and personnel access. You'll work independently to maintain security protocols, manage documentation, and support our supply chain operations with accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Manage secure access control for vehicles and personnel, verifying credentials and maintaining gatehouse security
• Record and process deliveries and shipments, maintaining accurate logs and documentation
• Liaise with logistics partners, suppliers, and warehouse colleagues to facilitate smooth goods movement
• Maintain comprehensive gatehouse records, including visitor logs, delivery documentation, and access registers
• Support goods receiving and inventory tracking processes within our supply chain operations
• Ensure ongoing compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Manage waste and recycling protocols to maintain site standards and sustainability
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and external visitors throughout each shift

• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail
• Trustworthy, professional approach to security and access control responsibilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact positively with diverse colleagues and visitors
• Competent with computers and basic IT systems for record-keeping and data entry
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental procedures in operational settings
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
• Physical capability to work in a gatehouse environment during full shifts
• Gatehouse or security experience is advantageous but not required
