Network Onboarding Specialist

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization in their search for a Network Onboarding Specialist. Our client is transforming access to mental healthcare through innovative technology platforms. This remote role, based on Eastern Time, offers the opportunity to directly impact provider network operations and help expand quality care delivery.

Our talent team is seeking a highly organized professional who thrives in operational workflows, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll play a critical role in supporting both independent contractor and employee onboarding processes while identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance the provider experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 1099 and W2 provider onboarding workflows
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement streamlined processes across onboarding platforms
• Ensure efficient phase transitions, contracting processes, and provider account maintenance
• Document and execute all onboarding requirements and standard operating procedures
• Support clinical team initiatives for new network clinician enrollment
• Report on enrollment trends and funnel metrics
• Identify process improvement opportunities, system bugs, and operational bottlenecks
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
• Participate actively in team meetings as a collaborative problem-solver

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience required
• Experience or strong interest in fast-paced operational environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solutions-oriented mindset with ability to identify and address inefficiencies
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Comfort working with multiple software platforms and learning new systems
• Passion for supporting mission-driven work in healthcare
