Responsibilities

We are representing a global advertising technology organization seeking early-career talent through a structured 7-week training academy. Participants will complete a comprehensive program covering digital advertising fundamentals, client acquisition strategies, and business development practices.

During the program, you will:

• Learn how the digital advertising ecosystem operates and how revenue models work across the industry
• Study client acquisition and retention frameworks used in AdTech environments
• Analyze market opportunities and develop sales strategies through case-based learning
• Practice presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills in simulated scenarios
• Complete a Final Business Challenge applying concepts to real-world situations
• Engage with professionals across Sales, Publisher Development, Account Management, Customer Success, and Product Marketing functions

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals with:

• Strong curiosity and a proactive learning approach
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with diverse teams
• Commitment to invest approximately 10 hours per week over 7 weeks
• Interest in international business environments
• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Fluent Ukrainian language skills
• Additional foreign languages are a strong advantage

No prior AdTech experience is required. The program begins October 5 and runs online with evening sessions. Successful completion earns a certificate, and outstanding participants may be considered for permanent roles with our client.
