Customer Success Program Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking a Customer Success Program Manager based in Poland. This is a remote role where you will build and own the customer success function from the ground up. You won't be executing every task yourself—instead, you'll act as the orchestrator of the entire customer journey, ensuring the right touchpoints happen at the right time to drive onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end customer onboarding and retention workflow
• Direct proactive follow-ups and check-ins to identify and resolve issues before they escalate
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, accounting, and product teams to address customer needs
• Build scalable systems and processes as the role evolves—this is a greenfield opportunity
• Report on program progress, customer health metrics, and surface risks early

What We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience managing people, programs, or complex workflows
• Proven ability to take ownership and operate independently without close supervision
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure in undefined environments
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A consistent career trajectory demonstrating sustained focus in customer success, program management, or related disciplines
• Location: Poland (remote)
