This role supports investment operations by processing financial and non-financial transactions, managing trade acceptance and settlement, and delivering exceptional service to advisors and dealers.

This is a remote position based in Canada, requiring full bilingual capability in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex client service requests at the initial point of contact using multiple administrative systems
• Process financial and non-financial transactions within defined service standards
• Prepare outbound communication to advisors and dealers via phone, fax, and mail
• Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and processing requirements
• Provide support to other business areas including call center operations and technical support
• Meet outlined service levels, quality standards, and productivity targets
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Fully bilingual (French/English) with the ability to communicate with clients from various jurisdictions
• Customer service focus with proven relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities for multitasking environments
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility to work overtime consistently as business needs require

Preferred qualifications:

• Investments background (segregated funds experience is a strong asset)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant processing systems
• Ability to maintain expertise and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
