Customer Experience Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for a Customer Experience Associate. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai partners with innovative companies to connect them with exceptional support professionals who share their commitment to customer success.

This is a full-time hourly position available to candidates in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. Weekend coverage duties are shared among the team, with two consecutive days off per workweek (typically including one weekend day). This role does not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with users directly via email and chat to resolve their questions and concerns
• Brainstorm inventive solutions to tackle urgent customer problems
• Identify product issues and communicate them effectively to internal teams
• Think creatively about how to optimize each customer's experience
• Become an expert on the service and its features to provide informed support
• Serve as a trustworthy point of contact and advocate for customer interests
• Help the organization learn from each interaction to improve the overall customer experience

Pay

The US hourly rate for this role is $24.10 per hour. This rate may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on your experience and qualifications.
