About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential mobile app company in their search for a Product Marketing Manager to join their self-discovery and personal development product team. This is a remote role where you'll drive growth through research, experimentation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Our client has built a platform that helps users explore personality, intelligence, and relationships through engaging assessments and personalized insights. As Product Marketing Manager, you'll identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and validate hypotheses that accelerate user acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and user research to uncover growth opportunities
- Generate and prioritize product growth hypotheses based on data analysis
- Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments to validate assumptions
- Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate development and launch of new user journeys
- Work closely with product metrics, data-driven insights, and analytical frameworks
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing or product environment with demonstrated results (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and drive solutions end-to-end
- Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with product metrics, hypotheses, and spreadsheets
- Fast learner who quickly adopts new tools and technologies
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency
- Bonus: entrepreneurial experience, top-tier university degree, or interest in psychology
