Account Executive (UK) – Engineered Arts

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential robotics organization seeking an experienced Account Executive to own and drive revenue across the UK and international markets. In this quota-carrying role, you will take full ownership of complex, high-value sales cycles from strategic discovery through close.

You will develop and execute account plans across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise targets, leading executive-level conversations with senior decision-makers. Working closely with the sales development team, you'll convert qualified leads while independently generating pipeline from target verticals. Your day-to-day will include delivering compelling product demonstrations, maintaining rigorous pipeline management in CRM, and navigating complex buying committees with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

This role requires regular representation at global trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes, while providing market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 7–10+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales with a proven track record closing complex, high-value deals
• Demonstrated success selling physical technology products, hardware, or emerging technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
• Ability to navigate long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals while managing shorter transactional opportunities simultaneously
• Executive presence with the credibility to engage C-suite and senior decision-makers effectively
• Exceptional communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing and accurately forecasting substantial pipelines
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, with disciplined data hygiene practices
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, innovative environments where product categories are still being defined
