Our talent team is seeking a Junior Content & Social Media Manager to join their dynamic, growing team. This role offers the opportunity to shape how forward-thinking management concepts reach and inspire audiences through compelling digital content.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a weekly newsletter focused on workplace innovation topics, including research, writing, and content planning
• Develop and publish social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn, establishing the right voice and tone for both platforms
• Design and launch original content formats that engage target audiences
• Support the editing and publication of organizational podcasts
• Continuously develop and refine newsletter strategy to improve engagement and open rates
• Translate complex professional topics into accessible, engaging content across multiple formats

What We're Looking For

• Initial experience in content creation or social media management through internships, student positions, or personal projects
• Understanding of social media campaign mechanics, including reach optimization, hooks, and content formats
• Proven track record of planning, producing, and publishing original content, including newsletter writing that drives opens and clicks
• Ability to independently transform complex subjects into clear, compelling posts and emails
• Strong writing skills that keep readers engaged even with challenging topics—in captions and subject lines alike
• Comfort working in a small, fast-growing team environment with minimal direction
• Self-starter mentality with ability to proactively gather information from team members
• Proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms (required)
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo (strong plus)
• Video editing and audio production skills for social content (strong plus)
• German language proficiency required for content creation
