Senior Brand Manager:in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social enterprise in Hamburg seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their mission-driven team. In this role, you will drive brand strategy and marketing execution across multiple channels and markets.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement brand strategy and positioning across all relevant touchpoints
• Lead cross-functional and international projects, coordinating between sales, quality management, and leadership teams
• Plan, manage, and control marketing budgets with strong financial oversight
• Conceive, execute, and evaluate national and international marketing campaigns in collaboration with digital, social media, partnerships, and events teams
• Create and implement trade marketing and activation measures for hospitality and retail channels in partnership with sales
• Manage product launches from concept through market success, including tracking and analysis
• Oversee agencies, producers, and freelancers to bring creative concepts to life
• Conduct market and competitive analyses and translate insights into strategic action
• Provide functional leadership to a Brand Manager, developing talent into a cohesive team

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent background
• Several years of marketing experience with strong focus on brand management and positioning
• Strategic thinking capabilities with proven track record in brand leadership
• Initial leadership experience preferred
• Experience in FMCG and/or hospitality/retail sectors is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, producers, and freelancers
• Comfortable working with budgets, market analyses, and national/international campaigns
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and structured working style
• Business-fluent in German and English
• Passion for making a positive social impact
