Our talent team is representing a confidential security software organization in their search for a Senior Staff Product Manager, Device Security. This is a remote role open to candidates in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for device security capabilities across multiple platforms
• Partner with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver enterprise-grade device management features
• Define and prioritize features that balance security requirements with user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align device security initiatives with broader company objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Communicate product vision and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Drive adoption and measure success of device security features through data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time in security or device management domains
• Proven track record leading complex, technical products at a senior or staff level
• Deep understanding of device security principles, mobile device management, and endpoint protection
• Experience building products for both enterprise and consumer audiences
• Strong technical background with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority across all levels
• Data-driven approach to decision making with strong analytical capabilities
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred
