The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic team at Red Antler. In this full-time, remote position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing paid search campaigns that drive meaningful results for our clients. Your expertise in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) will help us achieve our goals and maintain our competitive edge in the digital landscape.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account management, creative, and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Create and manage ad groups, keywords, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Educate clients on best practices for paid search advertising and provide regular reporting and insights.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid search management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads and other major PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
