Key Responsibilities

• Oversee trade capture, affirmation, and settlement activities for a range of instruments
• Complete daily and periodic reconciliations of cash balances, holdings, and profit and loss figures
• Calculate net asset values, management fees, and performance allocations with meticulous accuracy
• Produce clear investor statements, internal reports, and regulatory filings on schedule
• Liaise with prime brokers, custodians, and administrators to clear breaks and answer queries
• Track cash movements, margin calls, and financing arrangements to protect liquidity
• Contribute to audit preparations, risk checks, and continuous process improvements

Who We're Looking For

• Solid experience in finance operations within hedge funds, asset managers, or similar institutions
• Sound knowledge of financial products, settlement cycles, and fund accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with portfolio or accounting platforms commonly used in the industry
• Sharp analytical ability, high attention to detail, and capacity to manage competing deadlines
• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or an equivalent discipline
• Clear communication skills for interacting with teams and third-party service providers
