Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one physical therapy treatments following licensed therapist plans of care

• Collaborate with nursing staff and care team to ensure coordinated resident care
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and manage therapy equipment
• Communicate progress and concerns with the supervising physical therapist

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in Indiana
• Clinical experience in outpatient or facility-based settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for patient care
