Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Madison, Madison County office. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to deliver direct, compassionate care to children and families while advancing your career in applied behavior analysis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record behavioral data during client sessions
• Establish rapport and build trust with children and their families
• Monitor and reinforce target behaviors according to established protocols
• Communicate session updates and progress to supervisory staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and session notes
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
