Wrapbook is hiring a Senior People Programs Manager to build and scale the programs that help our people thrive across the United States. If you love designing employee experiences that are equal parts strategic and human, this full-time role is for you.
About the Role
As Senior People Programs Manager at Wrapbook, you'll own the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the People programs that shape how our team works, grows, and connects. Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, you'll turn people strategy into practical, well-run initiatives that support employees throughout their journey with the company. This is a full-time, US-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and refine People programs that strengthen engagement, development, and the overall employee experience.
- Translate organizational goals into structured, measurable program plans with clear milestones and ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and People team partners to deliver initiatives smoothly and on schedule.
- Use feedback and people data to evaluate program impact and drive thoughtful, ongoing improvements.
- Create the documentation, communications, and resources that make each program easy to understand and adopt.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading People, HR, or talent programs, ideally in a fast-moving or high-growth setting.
- A track record of managing multiple initiatives end to end while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with comfort using data to inform decisions.
- A collaborative, people-first mindset and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this full-time, US-based role.
