Blue Gems ABA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hastings, Adams County, to deliver compassionate, high-quality applied behavior analysis to the children and families we serve.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Blue Gems ABA in Hastings, Adams County, you will be at the heart of meaningful, life-changing therapy. This is an on-site, full-time position built around manageable caseloads, real support, and a workplace that treats you as a professional and a person first.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as written.
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress consistently.
- Partner with families and the clinical team to support each child's goals and growth.
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and positive environment during every session.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification, or eligibility and willingness to obtain it.
- A genuine commitment to working with children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication skills and reliable attention to detail for data tracking.
- Ability to take direction from supervising BCBAs and apply feedback effectively.
- Availability to work on-site in Hastings, Adams County, on a full-time basis.
