About the Role
As a Home Care Aide with our agency, you'll work directly with our client, offering personalized support and assistance in a home setting. This full-time position involves helping your client maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while attending to their daily needs.
What You'll Do
- Assist with personal care activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers when needed
- Support with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client health and report concerns to supervisors
- Document daily activities and client observations
What We're Looking For
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly adults
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and assisting with mobility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and dependability to support consistent care
- Ability to respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality
- Previous home care or caregiving experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
