Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid North Carolina teaching license or eligibility for ELA certification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Knowledge of middle school ELA standards and literacy instruction approaches
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to build positive student relationships
- Capacity to differentiate instruction and support students at varying achievement levels
- Commitment to creating an equitable and inclusive learning environment for all students
