This full-time position supports our electric power generation clients in optimizing plant performance through nuclear power uprate projects.

As demand for reliable electric power continues to rise, our clients are modernizing and expanding the output capacity of existing nuclear facilities. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing, evaluating, and supporting the technical foundation of these power uprate initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate licensing basis frameworks for nuclear systems and components as part of power uprate engineering programs
- Perform mechanical analysis on primary plant equipment and subsystems to support uprate feasibility assessments
- Generate technical reports and engineering studies for regulatory submission and client review
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate analysis findings and optimize performance
- Present technical results and engineering recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Apply industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements to all engineering work
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related engineering discipline
- Professional experience in nuclear power plant engineering, mechanical systems analysis, or comparable technical role
- Understanding of nuclear regulatory frameworks and licensing basis concepts
- Demonstrated expertise in leading technical analyses and evaluating complex engineering systems
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Working knowledge of engineering analysis software and computational tools
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving in a consulting or project-based environment
