Denovo Review is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our Melville office in Suffolk County. This is an opportunity to advance justice for survivors of catastrophic and traumatic events while working alongside a team of committed attorneys at a nationwide law firm.

About the Role

For over 40 years, Denovo Review has represented survivors of catastrophic harm and traumatic events across the United States. As a Litigation Paralegal in our Melville office, you'll play an essential role supporting complex cases that require sensitivity, precision, and dedication. You'll work in a full-service environment where your contributions directly impact survivors' access to justice. This is not routine legal work—it requires someone who understands the stakes and is committed to thorough, compassionate case management.

What You'll Do

• Organize and manage case files, discovery materials, evidence, and client records
• Prepare legal documents, court filings, pleadings, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorney strategy
• Coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, and expert witnesses
• Build detailed case chronologies and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with trial preparation, evidence compilation, and hearing logistics

What You Bring

• Proven experience in litigation support or as a paralegal in similar roles
• Professional composure and genuine comfort working on sensitive cases involving sexual abuse, assault, and trauma
• Knowledge of negligence law, personal injury litigation, and catastrophic harm claims
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in document management
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Background in social work or direct experience supporting trauma-related victims is a plus
• Proficiency with legal databases, case management software, and standard office technology
