Retail Merchandiser

SAS Retail Services is hiring a full-time Retail Merchandiser in Addison, Washington County. You'll drive in-store execution, optimize product placement, and support major retailers and national brands through hands-on merchandising excellence in this field-based position.

Role Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser with SAS Retail Services, you'll be the on-the-ground expert responsible for transforming retail spaces according to brand strategy and company standards. This is a direct, independent role where you'll travel to assigned store locations, execute detailed merchandising plans, and maintain the visual integrity and functionality of shelf sets. Your work directly impacts customer experience, product visibility, and sales performance for our retail partners across the region.

Core Duties

• Build and reset planogram-driven shelf sets to exact specifications for new products and seasonal campaigns
• Conduct in-store audits to verify compliance with merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and stock levels
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure products are displayed prominently and accessible to customers
• Execute new store setup projects from initial build to full operational compliance
• Use mobile reporting tools and devices to document work, capture compliance photos, and communicate status in real time
• Work collaboratively with store teams while maintaining independent accountability for assigned accounts
• Identify and escalate issues related to product availability, pricing, or store conditions

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (field travel required across Addison, Washington County)
• Ability to read and follow planograms and detailed merchandising instructions precisely
• Comfort using mobile devices and basic reporting software to document work
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and position products throughout shifts
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in retail merchandising, stocking, or related field roles is a plus
