About the Role
As a Journeyman Plumber at Constellation Energy, you are a skilled tradesperson responsible for diagnosing system failures, executing repairs, and performing upgrades across a variety of plumbing applications. Your work directly supports our energy service operations, requiring both technical proficiency and a commitment to safety and code compliance.
What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems serving residential and light commercial facilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions for piping, fixtures, water heaters, and gas line applications
- Execute system upgrades to improve efficiency and extend asset life
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to guide installation and repair work
- Ensure all work meets current plumbing codes, safety standards, and company specifications
- Collaborate with field teams to coordinate projects and share technical knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
What We're Looking For
- Active Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent credential in Maryland
- Demonstrated experience installing and repairing plumbing systems
- Proficiency reading blueprints and understanding plumbing code requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a field team
- Commitment to safety best practices and regulatory compliance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
