About the Role
As an Overnight Guest Service Agent, you'll lead night shift front desk operations and be the primary point of contact for guests during evening and overnight hours. You'll manage check-ins and check-outs, address guest needs in real time, and maintain operational excellence when our guests are counting on us most.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in arriving guests with efficiency and warmth, ensuring accurate account setup
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly, finding solutions that exceed expectations
- Oversee front desk operations during night hours, including payment processing and key management
- Maintain security protocols and ensure all systems are properly secured throughout your shift
- Coordinate with morning staff to ensure smooth service transitions and continuity of care
- Manage high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism
- Perform general night auditing and administrative tasks as needed
