Digital Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

Rent is hiring a Digital Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing inside sales team in Atlanta, Fulton County. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Buckhead office where customer-focused professionals thrive in a digital-first environment.

What This Role Involves

As a Digital Sales Executive on our inside sales team, you'll drive revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with prospects and customers in the rental market. You'll own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through close—using a combination of phone, email, and digital communication to connect with clients. Your work will directly contribute to Rent's mission of transforming how people find and secure rental properties through technology-driven solutions. This role requires someone who excels at consultative selling, understands customer needs, and closes deals with professionalism and integrity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry follow-up to generate qualified leads
• Present Rent's platform and services to prospective clients, emphasizing value and ROI
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility through our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and targeting
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic activity
• Provide customer feedback to product and marketing teams to inform improvements

What You Bring

• Proven inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or B2B sales
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in solving client problems
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivation and resilience in a performance-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
