Position Summary

As a Senior Living Sales Consultant, you are the bridge between prospective residents and the rewarding lifestyle our community offers. You will engage with qualified leads, conduct personalized consultations, and guide families through every step of selecting their next home. Your expertise and genuine care will directly contribute to our community's growth while ensuring each prospect finds the right fit for their unique needs.

Core Duties

• Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective residents and their families to understand their lifestyle preferences, care requirements, and community expectations
• Provide comprehensive tours of our senior living community, highlighting amenities, floor plans, and activity programs designed for active adults
• Present tailored options that align with each prospect's values and financial considerations
• Address questions and concerns with transparency and product knowledge
• Process inquiries from multiple channels and respond within established timelines
• Maintain detailed follow-up systems to nurture leads through the decision-making process
• Achieve individual and community sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Build lasting relationships that extend beyond the initial sale
