Digital Consulting Associate/Sr. Associate – Oracle Cloud HCM

Huron Consulting Services seeks a Digital Consulting Associate or Senior Associate with Oracle Cloud HCM expertise for our Chicago office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive enterprise digital transformation for leading clients across North America.

About This Position

We're hiring a hands-on consultant to accelerate cloud-based human capital management deployments and modernization initiatives. You'll partner directly with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that reshape how organizations manage their talent, payroll, and workforce planning. Whether you're an Associate stepping into a consulting track or a Senior Associate mentoring junior team members, you'll grow alongside our expanding digital transformation practice while solving complex business challenges through technology.

Core Duties

• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM modules including core HR, talent management, payroll, and workforce planning to align with client business requirements
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state Oracle Cloud solutions that improve operational efficiency and user adoption
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into system specifications and implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, business analysts, and project managers—to deliver on-time, on-scope HCM deployments
• Support end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful go-live and sustained system performance
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide post-implementation optimization and advisory services

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience implementing or administering Oracle Cloud HCM, or equivalent cloud-based HR/payroll platforms
• Strong understanding of human resources processes, payroll operations, and workforce management best practices
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate consensus across competing business needs
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the drive to solve problems systematically
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness to travel to client sites as projects require (typically 25–50% for active implementations)
