Huron Consulting Services is seeking an accomplished Digital Consulting Director, Oracle Cloud Risk Management to lead transformative engagements from our Chicago, Cook County office. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a seasoned advisor ready to shape how clients safeguard and modernize their Oracle Cloud environments.
About the Role
As a Digital Consulting Director focused on Oracle Cloud Risk Management, you will guide clients through operational, digital, and cultural transformation. Based in Chicago, you will partner with organizations to strengthen governance, controls, and risk strategy across their Oracle Cloud platforms while driving measurable, lasting change.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Oracle Cloud Risk Management initiatives, advising clients on governance, security, and controls strategy.
- Build and nurture senior client relationships, positioning Huron as a trusted transformation partner.
- Translate strategy, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving into practical, high-impact solutions.
- Lead and mentor consulting teams, setting direction and standards of excellence on every engagement.
- Help clients accelerate digital transformation and confidently navigate continuous change.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in consulting, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Risk Management.
- Deep knowledge of risk, governance, and controls within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Proven ability to drive strategic growth, innovation, and enterprise transformation for clients.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chicago, Cook County (this role is not remote).
