What This Role Involves
As a Claims Processor, you'll handle day-to-day processing of medical device claims for a major healthcare client. Working first shift (9am–5pm, Monday through Friday), you'll be part of a customer service-focused team where attention to detail and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and compliance. This is a 4-month contract position, ideal for mid-level professionals seeking concentrated experience in claims operations and SAP systems.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming claims through SAP with accuracy and efficiency
- Review claims documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance
- Respond to customer inquiries and communicate claim status updates
- Identify and escalate exceptions or discrepancies for timely resolution
- Maintain detailed records and generate claims reports as required
- Contribute to team goals and meet daily processing targets
Who We're Looking For
- Mid-level professional with demonstrated SAP experience (required)
- Solid background in claims processing workflows

- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Valid work authorization: US citizenship or Green Card holders only
