About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in our retail operation, supporting the store manager and leading our sales team to meet company goals. Working full time, you'll ensure our store runs smoothly, our customers leave satisfied, and our team works together effectively.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation
- Handle customer service issues and complaints professionally and effectively
- Monitor cash operations and ensure proper handling of transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
- Support the store manager in strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives
