About the Role
We're recruiting two Assembler 2 technicians for our 1575 Airport Road facility in Sumter. This 12-month contract brings together hands-on assembly work with quality-focused production in the instrument manufacturing sector. What You'll Do
- Build and assemble precision instruments to exact technical specifications
- Inspect and test completed assemblies for functionality and accuracy
- Operate hand tools and precision measurement instruments with care
- Maintain detailed documentation of all assembly and test activities
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve production goals
- Adhere to all workplace safety standards and protocols
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in Assembler 2 or comparable assembly roles
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow precise instructions
- Proficiency with hand tools and precision measurement devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including alternate weekends
