About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator based in Covington, GA, you will join the operations team supporting a medical devices company through a 12-month W2 contract. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week on the 1st shift, with a weekend-focused schedule running Thursday through Saturday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No prior specialized experience is required, making this role ideal for candidates beginning their career in warehouse and operations work.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out essential daily warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.
• Handle, move, and organize materials and products in line with safety and quality standards.
• Support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and the timely flow of goods through the facility.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant work area that meets medical device industry expectations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet productivity and quality targets each shift.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position — no extensive prior experience necessary; a strong work ethic and reliability are key.
• Willingness and availability to work the assigned weekend schedule (Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM).
• Ability to perform the physical, hands-on tasks expected in a warehouse setting.
