About the Role
As a Complaints Handling Specialist (Medical) at our San Antonio location, you'll work under the direction of the Complaints Management and Customer Quality Relations Manager to oversee all aspects of complaint management related to client medical products. This is a 12-month, full-time role that combines attention to detail with regulatory knowledge to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Receive, log, and track incoming complaints related to medical products with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct initial assessments of complaint severity and classification according to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate investigations into reported product issues and maintain detailed documentation
- Prepare and submit complaint reports to appropriate quality, compliance, and management teams
- Follow up with customers regarding complaint status and resolution
- Ensure all complaints are handled in compliance with quality system procedures and regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends in complaints and recommending preventive actions
What We're Looking For
- Experience in complaint handling, quality management, or regulated medical product environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
- Organized approach to documentation and ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality system standards (a plus)

- Proficiency with standard office software and data management systems
