Pecheles is hiring an Audi Technology Expert for our Greenville dealership in Pitt County, North Carolina. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $38,000 to $45,000 annually, with one Saturday per month as part of the regular schedule. You'll bring technology expertise and customer service excellence to every interaction in our showroom.

The Opportunity

As an Audi Technology Expert with Pecheles in Greenville, you'll provide customers with comprehensive guidance on Audi's innovative vehicle features and technologies. This hybrid role positions you as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey—from initial inquiry through purchase—helping buyers fully understand and appreciate their new Audi's capabilities. You'll work in a dynamic automotive dealership environment where product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and technical expertise drive success.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide welcoming, knowledgeable assistance on Audi vehicles and technologies
• Explain Audi's advanced features, infotainment systems, driver-assistance technology, and connectivity options
• Answer detailed customer questions about vehicle performance, safety, and technology
• Support the sales team by helping customers understand the value and innovation behind Audi technology
• Maintain current product knowledge and stay informed about Audi's latest technologies and industry developments
• Represent Pecheles with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer experiences

What You Bring

• Passion for automotive technology and the Audi brand
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technology features clearly
• Customer service experience, ideally in automotive or luxury goods retail
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to develop expertise in Audi vehicles
• Reliability and flexibility to work one Saturday per month
• Valid driver's license
