What This Role Involves

As Senior Data Centre Lease Analyst and Team Lead, you'll oversee the complete lifecycle of data center-related lease and sublease agreements for a global organization. Your leadership will extend across lease administration, financial reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain the highest standards of accounting integrity and regulatory compliance. This role requires both hands-on analytical work and team management responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage data center lease and sublease portfolio administration
• Review and verify lease payment schedules, billing accuracy, and reconciliation
• Conduct secondary-level review of lease accounting entries and data quality standards
• Collaborate with finance, real estate, and legal teams on lease-related initiatives
• Support compliance requirements and regulatory reporting obligations
• Analyze lease data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Mentor team members and establish best practices for lease administration

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing lease administration or similar financial operations
• Strong knowledge of lease accounting standards and practices
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage complex data
• Experience coordinating across departments and stakeholders
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
