Role Overview

As an F-35 SIG/SLO Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Management Analyst, you will serve as a key coordinator on cross-functional teams supporting critical defense initiatives. You'll manage program schedules, track deliverables, facilitate team communication, and ensure alignment across stakeholders on defense systems that protect national security.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across Integrated Product Teams supporting F-35 SIG/SLO subsystems and initiatives
• Maintain and update program schedules, milestones, and key tracking metrics
• Prepare status reports and program documentation for leadership review and stakeholder communication
• Identify and escalate program risks, schedule conflicts, and critical issues
• Support project meetings and facilitate coordination between technical teams and program leadership
• Assist with configuration management, document control, and information systems

What We're Looking For

• Mid-level professional experience in program management, systems engineering, or defense program coordination
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience with defense contracting, military acquisition processes, or aerospace programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools or platforms
• Ability to obtain and maintain a required security clearance
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for program requirements
