Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst in our Contract Management division, you'll be responsible for the lifecycle of vendor chargeback contracts—from creation and maintenance through ongoing cost analysis and optimization. Your work directly impacts Cardinal Health's vendor partnerships and financial performance, ensuring contracts align with organizational objectives while delivering measurable value. You'll serve as a key bridge between vendor management, finance, and operational teams, translating complex chargeback data into actionable business insights.

What You'll Do

• Develop, execute, and maintain vendor chargeback contracts that protect Cardinal Health's interests and foster strong partnerships
• Monitor and analyze chargeback cost fluctuations from manufacturer partners, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Oversee customer attachment to chargeback contracts, ensuring compliance and smooth implementation across business units
• Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to support contract negotiations and renewal decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and business operations teams to align contract strategy with company goals
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior leadership

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, procurement analytics, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor contract development, negotiation, and cost analysis
