As a News Producer, you'll work at a station positioned at the crossroads of major East Coast markets—close to Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Washington D.C., and New York City—while remaining rooted in a community known for its historic significance and contemporary growth. Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and select news stories that inform and engage the local audience
• Write clear, compelling broadcast copy and editorial guidance for on-air talent
• Coordinate news segments, reporter assignments, and story sequencing throughout the day
• Build and manage broadcast rundowns that balance news importance with audience interest
• Collaborate with reporters, anchors, and technical staff to execute timely, accurate newscasts
• Monitor breaking news and adjust coverage priorities to serve the public interest
• Uphold editorial standards and fact-check information before broadcast

Skills & Qualifications

• Background in broadcast journalism, journalism education, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and accuracy
