About This Position
We're looking for professional CDL-A truck drivers to handle no-touch freight operations. You'll benefit from a competitive compensation structure that rewards both consistency and longevity. Weekly earnings range from $1,540 to $1,920, with annual mileage-based pay increases that continue until you reach maximum earning potential. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for experienced operators, $30 monthly cell phone reimbursements, and an unlimited referral bonus program (up to $3,000 per successful referral). Our drivers also participate in safety and service recognition programs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial truck to transport freight loads safely and on schedule
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with Hours of Service regulations
- Manage routes efficiently while adhering to company policies and safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load updates and delivery status
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass required background checks and DOT medical certification
